If we have wrongly send you the product, colour or size; or defective products caused by courier delivery, we allow you to return the product for exchange / refund. All you need to do is email or whatsapp us within 24 hours from the time you received the product. In the event you failed to inform within 24 hours, Innomax reserves the rights not to accept the exchange / return, and the postage cost will solely be born by the buyer.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Innomax will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 3 days after the confirmation.
