Under this warranty policy, Innomax warrants that your product will be free from defects in material and workmanship (manufacturering defects) from the date of purchase for the period specified in the Product Detail Page. This means that if a product fails under conditions of normal use, Innomax will repair or replace, at its option, the defective product for the warrant components.
Terms & Conditions
The warranty period (if applicable) will be indicated at the product detail page. The warranty begins on the date of purchase, and expires at the end of the period indicated.
It is at Innomax’s sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the item with a comparable model at our sole discretion.
All the delivery charges under the warranty terms will be at buyer's expense.
If Innomax determines your claim is valid, Innomax will return the repaired or replacement product to the buyer after buyer made the payment on delivery expenses.
If Innomax determines your claim is invalid, Innomax will notify in writing the expenses required for the repair, buyer has 14 days to opt for the repair; else, the unrepaired product will be send back to the buyer after buyer has made the payment on the delivery expeses.
When a product is repaired or replaced, the warranty period will continue from it's initial purchase date.
What is excluded?
The warranty does not cover for the losses consequent in nature, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of business. Innomax assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use products supplied through our online store.
Our Warranty does not apply if:
The purchase documents have been altered in any way or made illegible.
The model- and/or serial number on the product has been altered, removed or made illegible.
The purchase documents and/or Warranty card are not provided when servicing is required.
Repairs or product modifications and alterations have been carried out by unauthorized service organizations, personnel including buyer.
The product is being used for commercial purpose.
The defect is caused by abuse or misuse of the product or by environmental conditions that are not in conformance with the recommended operations of the product.
The unit has been damaged - including damage by insect, pets, lightning, abnormal voltage, water or fire, or natural disaster.
The product is defective due to wear of parts, which can be considered as consumable parts by their nature.
The product does not function properly because it was not originally designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized for the country where you use the product, which might occur in instances where the product has been purchased in another country other than that of its intended use.
The warranty does not cover free gift(s) and accessories of the products such as external parts, cable, wire, plug, charger, or battery.
In the event the product model has obsolete, Innomax reserve the rights to replace the product at equivalent value to the buyer.
Expiration of the Warranty Period:
When the product is no longer under warranty coverage, Innomax can assist to send the product for repair.
Innomax does not cover the delivery charges of the repair services.
RM20.00 handling fee will be impose for each repair, excluding the repair & delivery fee.
The repair may takes between 30-90 days, depending on the availability of the parts required for the repair.
Repair fee will be advice after the product has been send to us.
